Pregis Custom Pre-Molded Foam uses pre-engineered Pregis IntelliPack® SmartMold™ molds to create the same repeatable packaging design for a specific product, every time - produced in-house or supplied by Fastpak. It's best suited for applications where consistent protection, repeatability, and standardized pack-out are critical. Storopack FOAMplus® offers an all-electric foam-in-place platform - the Bag Packer for fast, repeatable foam-in-bag production, the Hand Packer for direct, targeted fill, and Premolds produced across a network of 17+ North American locations. It's a strong fit for operations that want minimal compressed-air requirements or access to a large-scale premold production network.
