The Audion 555 is a continuous vertical band sealer intended for stand-up, square bottom, or gusseted pouches sealed in the vertical position. This model accommodates a wide range of bag sizes as the sealing head is crank adjustable from 31" to 44" from the floor to precisely locate the sealing position. The 555 is primarily meant for vertical sealing applications, but the sealing head is easily rotated 90� to meet horizontal application requirements as well. The sealing head is adjustable and will facilitate positioning over the adjustable conveyor. Digital temperature control with adjustable speed control provides the ability to seal many different materials and thicknesses including gusseted or heavy foil pouches.
