The Tach-It Mini-Con BLP automated print and apply labeling system for heavyweight bags, pouches and flat boxes. This unique machine is designed for high productivity applications and has an exclusive 2 motor feed system for consistent product feeding and labeling. Uses standard desktop printers made by Zebra, TSC, Godex and Astronova. We do not supply or support the printer which is avialble through multiple vendors. Combined with a large capacity product hopper, the Mini-Con BLP is perfect for pharmaceutical, medical, food service, retail and many other types of labeling applications. Able to work with difficult to label products such as zip lock bags and pouches, the Mini-Con BLP can handle prodcts up to and exceeding (based on the product) 13 1/2 inches in length. WIth a small footprint, the Mini-Con BLP can be used as a bench top machine or can be mounted onto a table such as the Tach-It MCS-L table. To use, the operator places a stack of their product to be labeled into the hopper of the machine. The automated system will then feed the products through the machine and under the label head where the label is applied consistently each time. For ease of use, the Mini-Con BLP has a touch screen controller with 5 memory presets for exact label placemennt, a target counter and heavy duty construction. Like all Tach-It automated labeling equipment, our Mini-Con BLP is easy to use, to lead and to setup.
